Boca Raton Airport Authority

Created and executed a public relations program to build community among airport commercial tenants including fixed-base flight operators; open communications with fenceline neighbors to improve relationships; welcome the new U.S. Customs and Border Protection Center on property; and educate civic, aviation, and marine stakeholders about the availability and correct use of Customs check-ins at the Boca Raton Airport. This multi-year project included many media tours, ribbon-cuttings, and large celebrations on the property.
